Meet our founder

I'm the founder of The Curated Community, where I partner with founders, educators, and organizations to create meaningful community experiences through thoughtful strategy and behind-the-scenes operational support.

For more than 15 years, I've helped people connect, engage, and feel like they belong. My career began in membership management at a statewide professional association before spending more than a decade leading membership operations, community engagement, webinars, and virtual programming for the nation's largest independent faculty development organization.

Along the way, I realized that great communities are built through more than great content. They grow because every touchpoint, from a welcome email and a webinar to a cohort experience or member conversation, feels intentional. That's the work I love most.

I earned my degree in Communication with a specialization in Public Relations from Michigan State University, and I live in metro Detroit with my husband and our two daughters. Let's chat!
